Job Responsibilities

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of customer service, scheduling, and dispatch operations. Your duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring 100% satisfaction, and addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Scheduling and dispatch operations, including creating and managing work orders, coordinating with technicians, and utilizing software systems for efficient workflow.
  • Billing procedures, including informing customers of rates/terms, managing completed work orders, and facilitating timely billing processes.
  • Providing administrative support, including verifying labor hours, managing miscellaneous tasks, and supporting managerial functions such as technician training and customer relationship management.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatcher with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You should be proficient in providing exceptional customer service, scheduling and dispatch operations, and billing procedures.

You must be authorized to work in the US and have a strong understanding of the mechanical HVAC trade.
