Job Opportunity: HVAC Project Manager

Strategic HR, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial HVAC team, you will be responsible for managing and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality HVAC solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project activities, including site visits and coordination with service organizations and technicians.
  • Provide clear communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams, external customers, and manufacturing partners.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals, including itemized costs and relevant project information, to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Offer technical assistance to Account Managers and customers, leveraging your deep understanding of HVAC airside and waterside systems to guide equipment selection and application.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, driving business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering, project management, or construction management; preferred. Equivalent experience or associates degree will also be considered.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in computer applications and operating systems, including Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make independent decisions, with a self-motivated and detail-oriented approach.
