Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning Corporate Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Servicing and repairing HVAC systems and components to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Providing technical guidance and education to customers on various HVAC options and solutions.
  • Utilizing our proprietary Straight Forward Pricing Guide system to ensure transparent and fair pricing.
  • Assessing systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations and communicating these to customers.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and that customers are 100% satisfied.
  • Performing regular system inspections to prevent future breakdowns and maintain customer trust.
  • Accurately completing all paperwork and ensuring recommendations are clearly documented.
  • Explaining Club Membership Agreements to customers and maintaining a high conversion rate.
  • Providing customer leads to the Sales Lead Coordinator for potential system additions or replacements.
  • Adhering to our Company Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two or more years of verifiable HVAC service experience.
  • EPA Type 1 and 2 certification required.
  • NATE certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and technical skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
