About the Role

We seek an experienced Operating Room Aide to join our team at St. Alexius Medical Center. As a key member of our Surgical Services team, you will provide essential support to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Maintain assigned Operating Rooms clean and orderly, ensuring all supplies and equipment are properly stocked.">
  • Communicate effectively with RNs and other staff members to ensure smooth delegation and execution of tasks.">
  • Provide assistance to physicians, patients, family members, visitors, and staff as needed, promoting a positive patient experience.">
  • Transport patients safely and efficiently to their destinations.">
  • Assist anesthesia care providers with preparation for open heart procedures.">

Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you should have:

">
  • ">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.">
  • Minimum two years of Operating Room experience, with six months at St. Alexius Medical Center.">
  • BLS certification within 480 hours of employment.">
  • North Dakota Department of Health Nursing Assistant Registry registration (or ability to register within four months).">

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
