We are looking for a Reinsurance Financial Specialist with outstanding organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail to manage significant reporting and reconciliation tasks within our finance team. This position requires collaboration with both internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the reconciliation of various program accounts, including monthly bank reconciliations, loss run reconciliations, and premium accounts.
- Prepare monthly cession statements for ceded reinsurance operations.
- Assist in generating various quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Support Annual Treaty Settlement adjustments as required throughout the fiscal year.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or imbalances in assigned reinsurance accounts.
- Communicate effectively with the Ceded Reinsurance team regarding identified discrepancies and work collaboratively to resolve them promptly.
- Address customer inquiries through data analysis and provide necessary documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance sector or relevant experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Office 365.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Maintain a positive demeanor amidst changing challenges and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Efficient, organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and committed to established procedures.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
