Job Summary
As a Clinical Nursing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. You will work closely with our medical team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes
• Coordinating with our medical team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
• Providing education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and self-care
• Working closely with our nursing staff to ensure that patient needs are met and that high-quality care is delivered
As a Clinical Nursing Specialist, you will also be responsible for:
• Assessing patient needs and developing care plans that meet those needs
• Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
• Collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure that patient needs are met and that high-quality care is delivered
What We Offer
• Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
• Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin (or eligibility for licensure)
• Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Registered Professional Nurse (RN) certification from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) or equivalent certification from another state
Physical Requirements
As a Clinical Nursing Specialist, you will be required to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and may be required to lift, move, or transfer patients. You will also be required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
