Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 analysts to execute multiple projects in parallel, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement commercial analytics strategies to drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to integrate analytics insights into business decisions.
  • Design and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate complex analytics insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve analytics capabilities and methodologies.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in pharma commercial analytics, with a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams, with a focus on developing and retaining talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex analytics insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of commercial analytics principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as business analytics or data science.
  • Professional certifications, such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or Certified Data Scientist (CDS).
