Position Summary

Talent Experience Specialist
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Reports to: Director of Talent Management

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and executes strategies to cultivate a supportive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Facilitates regular employee feedback mechanisms to assess engagement and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Designs and oversees recognition initiatives and team-building events.
  • Manages a holistic employee journey framework encompassing all phases of the employee lifecycle.
  • Assists in the performance management framework, including goal setting, feedback, and career advancement strategies.
  • Leads committees dedicated to talent experience initiatives.
  • Collaborates with department leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment of talent experience strategies with organizational objectives and values.
  • Organizes and implements events and celebrations for team members.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or 5 years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee engagement, or similar HR functions, with a focus on crafting and executing engagement strategies.
