Key Responsibilities
- Develops and executes strategies to cultivate a supportive and engaging workplace culture.
- Facilitates regular employee feedback mechanisms to assess engagement and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Designs and oversees recognition initiatives and team-building events.
- Manages a holistic employee journey framework encompassing all phases of the employee lifecycle.
- Assists in the performance management framework, including goal setting, feedback, and career advancement strategies.
- Leads committees dedicated to talent experience initiatives.
- Collaborates with department leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment of talent experience strategies with organizational objectives and values.
- Organizes and implements events and celebrations for team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or 5 years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee engagement, or similar HR functions, with a focus on crafting and executing engagement strategies.
