We are seeking an experienced Office Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective management of caregiver assignments and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct interviews, hire, and orient new caregivers.
2. Schedule and manage caregiver assignments, ensuring optimal matches between caregivers and clients.
3. Respond to incoming inquiries from clients and caregivers in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred.
- Experience in inside sales or consultative sales is advantageous.
- Background in selection and evaluation of candidates for hiring and orientation.
- Scheduling and staffing experience is essential.
- Must be dependable, flexible, and self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude are required.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will need to pass a background check, DMV screening, and TB test.
