Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our medical department at Moses Lake Community Health Center. As a key member of our patient-centered medical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the care coordination and treatment for complex patient cases, ensuring seamless communication with the medical team and patients.
  • Serve as a clinical resource to patients and internal staff, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement effective care plans, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to patient medical charts, reflecting treatments and care provided.
  • Perform other direct patient care duties within the scope of practice, prioritizing patient needs and safety.
  • Contribute to quality, safety, and infection control initiatives, driving continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to colleagues and patients.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to diffuse tense situations and promote positive outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team member, actively participating in meetings and contributing to solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing work and adjusting to new information and situations.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices and guidelines.
  • Ability to learn and apply new information, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Proficiency in systems software, with the ability to navigate personnel-related requirements and communicate effectively with others.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff in Spanish and/or Russian.
