Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. As a Nursing Care Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and advocating for patients' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate total nursing care for patients, including developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Participate in patient and family teaching, ensuring that patients and their families are informed and empowered to make informed decisions about their care
  • Act as a patient advocate, working to resolve issues and concerns that may arise during the patient's stay
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
Requirements
  • Current/active North Carolina or compact RN license
  • BLS required, or obtained during the first week of hire
  • ACLS required or must be obtained within 12 months from the date of hire
