- Serve as a clinical resource to patients and internal staff, providing expert guidance and support.
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Update patient medical charts to reflect treatments and care provided, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform other direct patient care duties within the scope of practice, prioritizing patient needs and safety.
- Adhere to quality, safety, and infection control procedures, actively participating in improvement efforts.
- Provide exceptional service and support to patients and colleagues, embodying our values of caring, welcoming, and professionalism.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to colleagues and patients.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diffuse conflicts and resolve issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Basic organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and resources effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to learn new information and apply it on the job.
- Proficiency in systems software, with the ability to navigate personnel-related requirements and communicate with others internally.
- Knowledge and training in the field of Nursing, typically acquired through a formal Associates degree or trade school program.
- Registered Nursing or Licensed Practical Nursing licensure with the State of Washington, with the ability to obtain if not already held.
- Ability to read and speak Spanish and/or Russian preferred but not required.
