Job Overview

KinderCare Learning Companies is a leading provider of early childhood education and childcare services. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Teacher and Center Staff Member.

Responsibilities
  • Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and development.
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
  • Support the center's success by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
