Position Overview
We are currently in search of a seasoned Plumbing Superintendent to oversee our commercial construction projects. This role involves managing various project requirements, including materials, personnel, schedules, and communication with both the project management team and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all plumbing phases and field personnel, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain good safety practices throughout all on-site activities.
- Serve as the primary contact for construction clients on a daily basis.
- Possess a thorough understanding of project schedules, milestones, and contract documents to effectively coordinate work with other trades.
- Complete necessary electronic documentation, including daily reports and accident reports.
- Manage large-scale commercial plumbing and piping projects, with the capability to oversee multiple job sites simultaneously.
- Demonstrate proven experience in managing diverse crews, from Foreman to General Laborer.
- Ensure safe operations of personnel and equipment on job sites.
- Communicate effectively with project managers regarding current and future labor needs.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing commercial plumbing construction projects is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience in overseeing job site personnel is essential.
- Familiarity with electronic documentation processes is required.
- A Master license in the trade within the corresponding state is preferred.
- OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred.
