**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fabrication Leader to join our team at ABW Technologies. As a Senior Fabrication Leader, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across diverse industries.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication channels to ensure project success. You will also review and interpret customer contracts, specifications, drawings, codes, and quality control requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). They should have 5+ years of experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment, with proven experience in a leadership role as a Build Engineer or similar position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop and implement fabrication processes
  • Review and interpret customer contracts and specifications
  • Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in a leadership role as a Build Engineer or similar position

Estimated Salary:** $140,000 - $170,000 per year
