Job Overview

Leidos is seeking a seasoned leader to manage a team of experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments. As a Senior Project Leader - Engineering Services, you will lead the successful execution of a portfolio of contracts and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop competitive and cost-effective solutions to address customer requirements across the full scope of the MSG Portfolio. Ensure good program management practices are applied to meet customer requirements and schedules with high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting profitability targets.

Requirements

Seven plus (7+) years' experience supervising teams and leading projects. Active Secret clearance. Knowledge of engineering development processes. Experience managing people and financials. Technical and cost proposal writing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge and experience of the Navy's surface vessel and USV programs. Thorough understanding of business development and proposal processes. Experience developing basis of estimates (BOEs), bills of materials (BOMs) and resource loaded networks (RLNs).

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $148,850.00 - $269,075.00 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
