Senior Qualified Intermediary Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development expert to join our team as a Qualified Intermediary (QI) specializing in IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of the 1031 exchange market to develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess 15+ years of experience in business development, relationship management, and industry-specific knowledge of 1031 exchanges.
A competitive salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and access to executive-level leadership make this an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals.
