Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Act as a bridge between the service department and clientele
  • Professionally handle incoming calls
  • Assess client needs and coordinate appointment scheduling
  • Address customer inquiries with integrity
  • Oversee the online appointment scheduling system
  • Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

This position operates on a 5-day workweek with occasional Saturday shifts. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes opportunities for monthly bonuses.
