Job Overview

We are seeking an Affordable Gym Service Specialist to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our members have a positive and memorable visit to our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and handling new member sign-ups.
  • Facilitate updates to member accounts and provide assistance as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized environment within the club.
Requirements
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with gym operations.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $38,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include medical options, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, 401k with company contribution, paid vacation time, and additional ancillary benefits.
