Position Overview

Agility Partners is in search of a skilled IT Governance Analyst to join a prominent banking client. This role presents a unique opportunity to assist the Information Technology and Cyber Security divisions with audit, compliance, and risk management initiatives. You will engage directly with Internal Audit, Segment Risk, IT, and Cyber Security teams, ensuring tasks are completed within established timelines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with audit and risk teams, as well as subject matter experts, to ensure the effective completion of risk assessment and remediation activities.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in technology, Risk, Cyber Security, and IT departments beyond your immediate team.
  • Analyze and comprehend findings within the pipeline to facilitate effective prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Promote effective communication across teams to fulfill project requirements and deliverables related to identified findings and milestones.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), information security, or auditing.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and achieving set objectives.
  • Familiarity with Archer or similar governance, risk, and compliance systems.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or comparable agile project management tools.
  • Proficient in technical writing.
  • Experience in processing, analyzing, or working with various data types, including risk ratings, controls, and metrics.
  • Understanding of control testing and related assessments in the context of project implementation.
