**Job Overview**
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students ranging from elementary to high school levels near Seat Pleasant, MD. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse learners, creating individualized education plans (IEPs), and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's unique learning needs.
* Provide differentiated instruction and accommodations for students with disabilities.
* Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure integration of special education services.
* Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as necessary.
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress tracking.
* Maintain records and documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's preferred).
