Job Description

At Learning with Love Academy LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Management: Ensure the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the classroom are maintained at all times.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork, including daily notes, student accident reports, and attendance records.
  • Communication: Attend and participate in staff meetings, academy events, and parent-teacher conferences as required.
  • Instructional Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans, programs, and schedules that meet the needs of our students.
  • Supervision and Guidance: Supervise and guide children during all activities, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Nice to have classroom teaching experience in an accredited preschool or early childhood facility.
  • Personality: Pleasant, friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
  • Professionalism: Highly professional and dependable.
