Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Food Safety and Sanitation Supervisor to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring superior quality and food safety in our bakery operations, while promoting a culture of excellence among our associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement food safety and quality control policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Train and educate associates on food safety and quality control best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality and food safety issues
  • Participate in third-party audits and certifications, such as SQF and AIB
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
  • PCQI and HACCP certifications preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in quality and food safety leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office products
