Job Title: Sanitation Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Old Dutch Foods Group is seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Supervisor to join our team in Roseville, MN. As a Sanitation Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of sanitation workers engaged in maintaining equipment, machinery, and work areas in a clean and orderly condition in compliance with HACCP standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the packaging and process machinery areas are kept clean and meet HACCP standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate the activities and workflow of sanitation workers in a cost-effective manner.
  • Train, administer, and enforce company practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Report any issues that cannot be immediately resolved.
  • Recommend and/or make decisions regarding employee status, including hiring, discipline, safety, and promotion.
  • Direct, train, and lead the sanitation crew in proper cleaning procedures.
  • Maintain personnel records and required sanitary documentation.
  • Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
  • Make quick, sound decisions in the company's best interest.
  • Motivate staff and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment and areas before production begins.
  • Understand the cleaning process and estimate the number of workers needed for tasks.
  • Manage any production operations occurring during the night.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of HACCP, FDA, and OSHA regulations.
  • Familiarity with food processing manufacturing.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office; experience with JDE is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with attention to detail and good communication abilities.
  • High school diploma or GED and at least three years of experience in sanitation supervision or equivalent.
