Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentorship: Guide and develop kitchen staff to meet our culinary standards.

  • Culinary Management: Oversee daily kitchen activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Inventory Coordination: Manage food and kitchen supply orders efficiently.
  • Support the Head Chef: Assist in various culinary tasks as required.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients used.
  • Menu Development: Contribute to the creation of innovative menu items.
  • Stock Management: Anticipate ingredient requirements and organize restocking.
  • Staff Scheduling: Help coordinate back-of-house staff schedules and administrative tasks as directed.
  • Kitchen Efficiency: Maintain a productive kitchen workflow that meets business expectations.
  • Recipe Standardization: Develop and maintain consistent recipes and presentation standards.
  • Guest Experience: Collaborate with management to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as a line cook, sous chef, or chef.
