Position Overview:
At Martin Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare, we are excited to offer a position for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This role is vital in providing compassionate care to our residents and enhancing their quality of life.

Sign-On Bonus:
We are pleased to provide a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment, recognizing the dedication and commitment of our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personal care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist residents with mobility and provide nourishment and snacks.
  • Respond to call lights and address resident inquiries with appropriate care.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff (RNs and LPNs) and the therapy team to provide exceptional, personalized care.
  • Support residents in daily living activities under the supervision of a nurse.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Passion for caring for residents in the community.
  • Certification in the state of application or active/current licensure.
  • Availability to work weekends.

Licenses/Certifications:
CNA Certification and CPR certification are required.

Shifts Available:
3-11 shift and 11-7 shift.
