Customer Experience Advocate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between our veterinary team and customers to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Maximize efficiency by filtering all communication, anticipating customers' needs, and providing timely and accurate information.
  • Discuss financial options with customers, including working through hardships and sensitivities.
  • Analyze telemetric data and customer feedback to extract value and drive improvements.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • 1-2 years of high-level customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and empathy.
  • A strong desire to help people and make a positive impact.
