Position Overview:

This is a Seasonal Full-Time role, with an estimated duration through the end of September.

Compensation begins at $18.50 per hour.

Your Responsibilities:


As a Facility Maintenance Associate, you will ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere that allows guests to unwind, whether indoors or outdoors.


Key Contributions:

  • Execute general maintenance tasks in common areas and exterior spaces under supervision, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct maintenance of pools and hot tubs, including daily cleaning and chemical balancing.
  • Support the Housekeeping team by delivering and collecting housekeeping supplies for departing units.
  • Maintain outdoor areas by managing waste disposal, litter collection, and general landscaping tasks.
  • Uphold cleanliness in exterior/common areas by ensuring fitness equipment, guest laundry, courtyards, and barbeques are well-maintained; perform painting, power washing, and lighting upkeep.
  • Inspect building systems and report any issues to your supervisor, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • A professional demeanor and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Basic handyman skills are preferred.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position starts at $18.50.
