Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex AV systems, including videoconferencing and IT-related equipment. This role requires independent thinking and problem-solving skills, with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead small to large-scale AV projects, including new construction sites.
  • Manage teams of technicians on large-scale AV buildouts.
  • Work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
  • Report daily progress to project managers.
  • Analyze system drawings and interpret technical specifications.
  • Install, adjust, and operate various AV equipment, including cameras, speakers, displays, projectors, and microphones.
  • Cable management and termination services.
  • Proficient soldering skills.
  • Registration and setting changes of VTC codec endpoints (Cisco, Poly).
  • Knowledge of QSC, Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Shure, Cisco, and Poly hardware components.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, addressing, firewalls, routers, VLANs, VPN).
  • Perform hardware upgrades and troubleshoot issues.
  • Proficient with Crestron Toolbox, Biamp Tesira, Q-SYS, and Shure software.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years' experience in collaboration or Audio-Visual Integration.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be eligible to rent a car and possess a valid driver's license.

Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
