Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance sales performance by maintaining exceptional store conditions, staying aware of market competition, and executing effective merchandising strategies.
  • Manage labor costs by ensuring optimal scheduling and performance metrics.
  • Minimize shrinkage and maximize gross profit through diligent product handling, accurate receiving, and pricing integrity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to merchandising policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships through attentive service and efficient resolution of inquiries and complaints.
  • Foster positive Associate Relations by actively listening to concerns and overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee comprehensive store management duties as needed.
  • Implement and uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation in compliance with all regulations.
  • Address customer feedback promptly and ensure all service issues are resolved effectively.
  • Maintain a professional and organized presence throughout the store.
  • Safeguard store finances through proper handling of transactions and ensure all personnel are adequately trained.
  • Supervise payroll processes to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources, including proper bagging techniques and supply management.
  • Act as the custodian of store records, including financial and personnel documentation.
  • Supervise fuel station operations.
  • Review work schedules and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Manage inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and verifying store presentation.
