Position Overview:

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Culinary Service Specialist for a contract opportunity. This role is primarily focused on supporting the back-of-house operations for various event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:


- Manage the setup and configuration of the auditorium, multi-purpose room, and several conference rooms to meet the specific needs of each event.

- Ensure that all event spaces are equipped with necessary meeting accessories, including tables, linens, and presentation tools.

- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain facility readiness, including cleaning tables and vacuuming as required.

- Oversee the management of linens, including the organization and coordination of vendor pickups and returns.

- Facilitate daily coffee and beverage service, ensuring all items are cleaned and restocked as needed.

- Provide support for executive break services on an as-needed basis, ensuring all specialty items are properly maintained.

- Collaborate with event coordinators to fulfill daily assignments based on event plans.

- Act as a backup for facility setup and configuration as necessary.


Qualifications:

- ServSafe Certification is preferred but not mandatory.

- Ability to lift tables and chairs as required.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally in a dynamic environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within diverse teams.


Education:

- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.


Work Schedule:

- Part-Time
