Poker Dealer Specialist

Bally's Corporation is seeking a skilled Poker Dealer to join our team. As a key member of our gaming operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our table games, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

• Operate table games in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
• Exchange chips for cash, calculate payoffs for wagers, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional guest service, building relationships and ensuring customer loyalty.
• Comply with all gaming regulations and company policies.
• Protect gaming equipment and company assets.
• Promote positive public relations and maintain a positive image of the company.

• One year or more of dealing experience.
• Properly trained and licensed.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Enthusiastic customer service skills.
• Ability to successfully complete dealer auditions in the games for which dealer has received training.
