Key Responsibilities:
As a Practical Nursing Specialist, your duties will include:
  • Overseeing the daily operations of nursing assistants.
  • Collaborating with nursing staff and support personnel to plan services, programs, and activities.
  • Preparing and administering medications as prescribed by physicians.
  • Maintaining effective communication with inter-departmental teams to ensure quality care.
  • Monitoring compliance with safety regulations regarding equipment and supplies.
  • Ensuring confidentiality of all resident care information.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A valid Illinois Nursing License (Required)
  • Current CPR Certification (Preferred)
