Job OverviewWe are seeking entry-level and experienced field customer service professionals in the automotive industry. As a Frontliner, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, independent environment, providing outstanding customer service and working towards clear goals.
Key Responsibilities- Vehicle Media Specialist: You will travel to our customers at automotive dealerships, utilizing company-provided equipment to take high-quality photos, videos, and 360-degree virtual interior/exterior tours of the dealers' ever-changing vehicle inventory. You will assist with the marketing of each vehicle by printing window stickers and other services related to each vehicle.
- Inventory Flow Analyst: You will become an expert on the status of our customers' vehicle inventory in the pre-sale process, working to get as many vehicles online as possible.
- Communicator: You will check-in each morning and check out at the end of each service visit, providing our dealers with the status of your work.
- Friend and Trusted Partner: Our Frontliners are critical to dealer operations and love making friends with the team at the dealership.
