Position: Billing Specialist

The primary role of the Billing Specialist involves collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the billing and collections process.   • Prepare and submit specialized invoices for clients.
  • Collect necessary documentation for client billing.

  • Assist with additional projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or Vision accounting software is advantageous.

Employment Type: Full-time, on-site
