Renal PCU Charge Nurse

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled Renal PCU Charge Nurse (RN) to join our team in Temple, Texas. As a key member of our Progressive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses in delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients with complex medical conditions, including renal and urology patients.
- Lead a team of nurses in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient medications, including IV drips and complex medications.
- Perform continuous and manual bladder irrigation, as well as other complex urological procedures.
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
