Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Director to join our team in Washington D.C. This is a high-profile role that requires strong leadership and sales skills to drive revenue growth across our six highly influential radio stations and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across our portfolio of radio stations and digital platforms.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Qualifications
    • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the media industry.
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

    Salary and Benefits

    The estimated salary for this role is $220,000 per year, based on national averages and market conditions. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
