Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results in the data center industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and data center operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals, deliverables, and expectations.
  2. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract agreements with clients, ensuring clear terms and conditions.
  3. Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare detailed estimates for clients, including labor, materials, equipment, subcontracts, and other expenses.
  4. Financial Management: Meet budgetary objectives, making adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales to develop deeper relationships with clients and partners.
  6. Project Management: Utilize Procore to manage all aspects of the project, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  7. Site Evaluation: Visit project sites to evaluate progress, respond to client concerns, and address any issues.
  8. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure construction teams have necessary materials.
  9. Communication: Communicate with site superintendents about delays and other issues that must be communicated to clients.
  10. Professionalism: Maintain an elevated level of professionalism with clients, vendors, and colleagues, establishing positive working relationships.
  11. Safety: Drive safely throughout the service area, adhering to local laws and safety protocols.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the data center industry or large commercial/industrial industry.
  2. Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management in construction, data center operations, and commercial/industrial industries.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Office, BlueBeam, Accubid, and Procore.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Applied Science, or Architecture.
  2. SCIF Experience: SCIF construction experience a plus.
  3. Commercial General Contractor Experience: Commercial general contractor experience a plus.
  4. PMP Certification: PMP certification a plus.
  5. Security Clearance: Active security clearance a plus.
