Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and meeting budgetary objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Communication: Communicate and follow up with clients regarding project goals, deliverables, and progress.
  2. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract agreements with clients and vendors.
  3. Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment, subcontracts, and other expenses.
  4. Project Management: Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  5. Relationship Building: Work closely with Sales to develop deeper relationships with clients and partners.
  6. Project Coordination: Manage all aspects of the project using Procore.
  7. Site Evaluation: Visit project sites to evaluate progress and respond to client concerns or questions.
  8. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure construction teams have the necessary materials.
  9. Communication: Communicate with site superintendents about delays and other issues that must be communicated to clients.
  10. Professionalism: Maintain an elevated level of professionalism with clients, vendors, and colleagues, and work to establish a positive working relationship.
  11. Safety: Drive throughout the service area while following all local laws, operate vehicles and other equipment safely, adhere to safety protocols, report hazards and risks, and contribute to a safe and secure working environment.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the data center industry or large commercial or industrial industry.
  2. Understanding: Strong understanding of project management in the construction of data centers or commercial or industrial industries.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Office, BlueBeam, Accubid, and Procore.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Applied Science, or Architecture.
  2. SCIF Experience: SCIF construction experience a plus.
  3. Commercial General Contractor Experience: Commercial general contractor experience.
  4. PMP Certification: PMP certification.
  5. Security Clearance: Active security clearance a plus.
