Job Title: Installation Coordinator

Securitas Technology, a leading provider of integrated security solutions, is seeking an experienced Installation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful coordination and management of electronic security installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Interface with customers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage installation schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and track project progress.
  • Review and update project scope, schedules, and budgets as needed.
  • Collaborate with the District Installation Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations scheduling, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
