POSITION SUMMARY

As a Sales Consultant at Frontier Justice, you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service and possess comprehensive product knowledge across various departments. Building strong relationships with clients is essential to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions from our diverse inventory. A thorough understanding of the products available in-store, including membership options, is crucial for success.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Achieve Results

  1. Deliver a high standard of consultative customer service.
  2. Meet sales targets by effectively promoting multiple items to customers.
  3. Manage several customers simultaneously on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.
  4. Maintain a goal-oriented approach to increasing sales through suggestive selling techniques.
  5. Contribute to and uphold the store's visual merchandising standards.
Operational Excellence
  1. Report daily to the Boutique Supervisor regarding any operational concerns that require attention.
  2. Educate clients with detailed product knowledge and insights into market trends.
  3. Ensure a tidy work area and fitting room environment.
  4. Exhibit a professional and courteous appearance and demeanor.
  5. Strive to embody the brand through personal presentation.
Relationships
  1. Foster collaborative and supportive relationships within the organization.
  2. Establish and maintain positive, effective relationships with key stakeholders, including external vendors and clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/KEY COMPETENCIES
  • Ability to multitask while providing high-level customer service to multiple clients.
  • Capability to achieve expected sales levels through encouragement of multiple item purchases.
  • Adhere to all store procedures and protocols, particularly regarding accuracy in the POS system and loss prevention.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods on the sales floor.
Requirements

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE

1-2 years of retail experience is preferred.

OTHER
  • Willingness to work normal overtime and extended hours as needed.
  • Ability to physically audit and inspect all operations.
