Job Summary

As a Sales and Service Specialist, you'll be an ambassador for our brand, embodying our core values and heritage. You'll deliver exceptional retail consumer experiences, promote our products, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically promote the Carhartt brand and values
  • Deliver the ultimate retail consumer experience
  • Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards
  • Engage with the team and contribute to positive and collaborative work environment
  • Support leadership and uphold operational standards
  • Identify sales opportunities and drive sales
  • Support execution of community engagement events

Requirements
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Exceptional team and collaboration skills
  • Strong PC skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office

Working Conditions
