Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our equipment lines and their features and benefits.
  • Build relationships with existing and prospective customers to promote and rent our trailer equipment lines.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, answering inquiries and providing product information.
  • Prepare and present rental quotes, reservations, and contracts.
  • Contribute to the overall sales and profit goals of the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with market conditions and customer needs, identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer contact information and communications using our CRM software.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business or Marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Good computer skills using Microsoft Office products.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
