Club Manager Job Description

At Anytime Fitness, we're seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Club Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Membership Sales: Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members using our proven system.
  • Personal Training: Lead pre-designed workouts in a group setting, energizing and motivating clients throughout the sessions.
  • Club Promotional Marketing: Establish relationships with businesses and influencers in the community to promote our brand through B2B marketing.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in local events and sponsorships to promote our business and build relationships with the community.
  • Team Building: Lead a team of personal trainers, group trainers, and part-time staff to foster a positive and trusting environment.
  • Member Experience: Deliver top-notch customer service and aim to improve the lives of each person you meet.
  • Operations: Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe environment, ensuring all staff are responsible for observing safety and security procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma minimum; Bachelor's or Associate's degree in an exercise-related field is highly preferred.
  • Sales experience preferred, or the willingness to learn how to sell.
  • Management experience is a plus.
  • Friendly, outgoing, warm, coachable, and able to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays during peak season months.
