Key Responsibilities- Technical Escalations: Assess and solve complex technical issues related to vehicle repairs.
- Technical Assistance: Provide online and in-dealership technical support to our clients.
- Subject Matter Expert: Lead discussions and provide expert guidance on vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Recall Management: Manage recall requirements and ensure Required Service Updates (RSU) are completed.
- Quality Feedback: Interact with the team as the quality feedback liaison.
- Dealership Consultations: Provide consultations on repair order documentation, repair service agreements, and facility inspections.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the improvement of the customer experience and increase fixed first visit cases.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and make suggestions related to repair shop process improvements and offer proactive business planning with a focus on the customer experience.
- Full-time Position: A full-time position with benefits effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

- Hybrid Work Environment: A hybrid work environment with 3 days of field work and 2 days of work from home per week on average.
- Car Allowance: A monthly paid car allowance.
- Paid Holidays and Vacation: Paid standard US holidays and paid vacation time.
- Automotive Experience: A minimum of 2 to 4 years of automotive experience required.
- ASE Certification: Current ASE certification is preferred but previously certified individuals will be considered.
- Field-Related Management Experience: Field-related management experience is preferred.
- Dealership Experience: Must have dealership experience.
- Leadership Skills: Highly motivated, adaptive, and autonomous with the ability to deliver results.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel locally to dealerships within a designated area.
- Technical Skills: Ability to analyze and document vehicle case updates using Microsoft Excel, communicate technical information to all levels, analyze data and create custom reports using provided templates, and effectively use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
