Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Alarm Monitoring Specialist to join our National Award-Winning Alarm Monitoring team. As an Alarm Monitoring Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our customers by properly responding to alarm signals, dispatching emergency services, and providing world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems and dispatch emergency services as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers in emergency situations.
  • Process inbound calls requesting information and provide accurate responses.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of stress and pressure.
  • Meet performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to type 40 wpm.
  • Pass an FBI criminal background check to obtain a Burglar Alarm License.
  • Reliable internet connection with 10 MBPS download and upload speeds.
  • Quiet and enclosed workspace away from others.
