About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Orkin team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience with our pest management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field incoming requests and schedule service visits to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our services.
  • Coordinate with our technicians to optimize routes and minimize drive time, ensuring maximum productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize our Windows-based and web-based systems to track routes, schedule appointments, and update customer information.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns, evaluating their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate customer databases, including call details, dispositions, payments, and other relevant information.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes, programs, and initiatives to ensure exceptional customer service and experience.

Requirements
  • Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • The ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification, if required (company-paid).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
