Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Bump Boxes. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, including accounts receivable and payable management.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office upkeep and maintenance
- Mail sorting and organization
- Document organization and ordering responsibilities
- Making deposits and managing AR/AP
- Finding process improvements and other office responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Respond to requests with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently, as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- 3+ years of work experience preferred
- Quickbooks Online experience preferred
- Become familiar with Bump Boxes policies, procedures, and products
- Maintain confidentiality
- Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to interpret and draw conclusions based on available information
