Lead Office Operations

This is a high-level position that requires the candidate to be onsite and closely interact with senior staff to complete assignments. The individual must possess a professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and ability to communicate effectively.

Meeting Coordination
  • Setup and initiate hybrid meetings using advanced calendar systems.
  • Schedule appointments and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Communicate on behalf of senior management as needed.
Administrative Support
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate parties.
  • Coordinate scheduling and correspondence with inside and outside parties.
Logistics and Operations
  • Coordinate site events with dignitaries and manage logistics accordingly.
  • Reconcile travel expenses for senior management using financial software.
Requirements
  • At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience operating advanced phone systems and reviewing written content.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
Estimated Salary: $96,260 - $123,072 per year
