  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure that our underwriting practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our underwriting team to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise, driving excellence in our underwriting processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in underwriting, risk management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of surety and fidelity bonds.
  • Certifications: Progression toward certification in area of expertise, such as Associate in Surety and Fidelity Bonding (AFSB), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and/or Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU).
